First Impressions Team (FIT)
The FIT creates an environment and experience that is energetic, warm, inviting and encouraging that makes the churched and unchurched feel safe. To serve as the first point of contact for visitors when they arrive to the Elevate Church.
Expectations/Requirements: FIT members must LOVE people, have a positive attitude, love God and love serving others. FIT members are self-motivated and need little guidance to accomplish tasks pertinent to the worship service. FIT members take pleasure in helping others. FIT members must be willing to pivot and assist in otherareas as needed.

Partner Services
Our Partner Services team provides transitional and ongoing partnership support to new and current partners. This team serves as an extension to the pastoral team to ensure partners are assimilating well to the Kingdom of God and to Elevate Church.
Expectations/Requirements: Partner Services team members must love interacting with people. They must have a passion for order, systems, and processes. These members must also have a desire for community within Elevate Church.
Ministry Gifts Associated with this Team: Administration, Helps, Hospitality, and Service.
Eagle’s Nest
The Eagle’s Nest is a safe, fun, energetic place where children can find life, the love of God and share the love of Jesus Christ boldly, and grow spiritually in relationship with Him! It is our goal for every child to know that God loves them and has a an awesome plan for their lives.
EC Students: Our students are special to God and we are here to help them build long lasting relationship with Him and others during different seasons in their lives.
Ministry Gifts Associated with this Team: Service and Helps
Requirements: To ensure the safety of our children, all volunteers working with EC children and student ministry must complete a background check .
Worship Team
We as God’s creation were created to worship God in spirit and truth. The worship team is responsible for creating an atmosphere conducive for the Holy Spirit to move freely throughout the service. The worship team is responsible for setting the standard of worship that makes visitors feel welcome and the word to be ministered and received without limitation or restriction.
Ministry Gifts Associated with this Team: Exhortation and Helps
Requirements: Ability to sing, ability to identify parts within harmony, experience with various natural, extensive knowledge of worship repertoire, knowledge of your natural vocal range (i.e. soprano, alto, tenor).
